And Action is a webapp to monitor your GitHub Actions available on https://app.andaction.dev. It allows you to keep track of the state of all repositories relevant to you in one single place.
It shows the current state of GitHub Actions workflows for your repositories' main branches. Furthermore, it shows the commit history of your repositories along with information about deployments. Additionally, you can trigger GitHub deployments right from the UI.
