By accessing our website andaction.dev (the "Website") and using the "And Action" application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

"And Action" provides a dashboard and management tools for GitHub Actions and workflows. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account by logging in via GitHub.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)").
Currently, "And Action" might offer free access during its early stages as described on our pricing page.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing and billing methods at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or GitHub), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pascal Chorus and its licensors.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pascal Chorus, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
